About the role:
The role involves working in first-line IT support, where you will handle calls and manage cases related to the digital workplace – both hardware and software (including mobile devices), permissions, and various applications.

The work process includes receiving, registering, categorizing, analyzing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving incoming cases (incidents) for the customer's User Support, i.e., IT support.

The goal is to maintain high availability and resolve as many cases as possible at the first point of contact. Cases that are more extensive or technically complex are escalated to second-line support.

We are looking for someone who:
We are seeking a consultant with strong social skills and a keen sense of service towards users. The person is driven, has a genuine interest in IT and user service, and shows great commitment in their work. Furthermore, the consultant has good analytical skills, which is crucial for quickly identifying errors and finding effective solutions. We require you to have the following:

• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, network communication, and information security.
• IT high school diploma or equivalent education and experience deemed equivalent.
• At least 6 months of IT-related work experience within the profession or other experience deemed equivalent.
• Knowledge of ticket management systems such as Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the employment:
This is a consulting assignment that initially runs for 6 months with good chances of extension.
